Lovely rooftop pool. Wi-Fi was spotty, which was frustrating at times.

The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Our experience was marred by inconsistent water pressure and the constant noise from the reception area, which was exacerbated by the bell ringing whenever guests entered. The breakfast was subpar for the price, consisting mainly of bread with limited jam, leaving us wanting more variety. we found the restaurant's food overpriced and lacking in flavor compared to local alternatives—this was disappointing given the expectations set by the hotel’s ambiance.

The rooftop pool was the perfect retreat after exploring Marrakech, and Abdul's local tips were invaluable. Dining in the serene courtyard under the orange trees was lovely, but breakfast could have offered more variety.

The spacious Douria Suite offered a comfortable retreat, complemented by the lovely rooftop terrace perfect for relaxation. The friendly staff were genuinely helpful, and I appreciated the availability of food and drinks throughout the day. the hot shower had initial instability, and the breakfast lacked a true Moroccan flair, with limited options and an extra charge for eggs. some areas around the pool raised safety concerns for children, requiring attention.
